Salad recipes: Antipasto Salad


A perfect mix of crisp lettuce, cheese, salami, and red pepper come
together in a simple salad recipe that comes from dessert culinary dish article.

Baseball Antipasto Salad Ingredients:

  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 head Tanimura & Antle® Iceberg Lettuce
  • 1/2 cup zesty Italian dressing
  • 1/2 cup chopped roasted red pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped salami
Cooking Directions:
  1. Core lettuce; rinse and drain well.
  2. Cut crosswise into 4 even slices.
  3. Drizzle lettuce slices with dressing, as desired.
  4. Top each with 1 cheese slice.
  5. Combine red pepper and salami; arrange on top of cheese to resemble the
  6. stitching on a baseball.
